No, only the first time, after we have your profile and credit card on file, you can arrange all tasks through text or phone call and we will put everything into our system ourselves. You will be able to see when we are on the way and when we’ve completed your task.
New York City is a busy place and traveling can take time so 24hrs notice is ideal and we usually can work with 2 hrs notice. We will always be transparent and tell you if we can successfully handle your task.
