Sunday clean is about self care through cleaning. We truly believe that your physical space impacts your mental space. In other words, where you are can affect who you are and how you are, and no space has a greater impact on you than your home. Sunday Clean was founded with this in mind. In my personal life, I noticed the dramatic effects my space had on my attitude and how I felt from day to day. Once I learned the power of my environment, I took every opportunity to educate my friends, family and colleagues about how directly correlated their environment was to their physical and mental health.

 

In my years as an interior decorator, I encountered so many people who were redecorating when what they really needed was a deep cleaning to refresh their space and their energy. Having a clean home is healing, mentally cleansing, and opens the pathways living your life safely and comfortably at home but we don't always have the time to make this a reality.

 

I created this company to help those of us with busy lives take the work and stress out of waking up to and returning home to a clean and welcoming home.
